Lo Starman Deluxe (detto anche Starman DX) è un boss apparso in EarthBound. È il boss della Stonehenge Base. È in grado di utilizzare gli attacchi PSI come il PSI Starstorm α o PSI Shield β, può anche chiedere aiuto ad altri nemici durante la battaglia. Ogni Starman unitosi durante la battaglia verrà sconfitto in automatico dopo che il giocatore avrà battuto lo Starman Deluxe.
